Analisis Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Layanan Administrasi Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara

This study aims to determine student satisfaction with administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara and find out the performance of staff North Halmahera. type research is field (field research) approach used ex post facto classified as quantitative. The instruments in this were questionnaires documentation be analyzed using statistical techniques correlational regression tests which applied a sample 29 students from 10% population, totaling 293 students. results showed that average score students' expectations was 601: 29: 5 = 4.14. (601) total score, number respondents, items (instruments) or percentage 4.14: 0.828 x 100 82.8 83 (rounded) very high category, so it can stated are high/important. And employee on 589: 4.06 (589) instrument items) 4.06: 0.812 81.2 81 realizing (satisfactory) category.
